This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The trolley comes through every 30 minutes but since we came with a large group we had a bus that took us around. It is close enough to the downtown Gatlinburg main strip that it is convenient but far enough that it is quieter and nice.

Bathrooms just shower and toilet a tad small, but not a dealbreaker. Free WiFi is available in public areas. It was clean and nice and the pool was great. It is a minute drive to the main strip. This might sound funny, but the shower had good water pressure — where we stayed last year was just a trickle at times.
